  1. Oh yes you’re right! As long as that mistake doesn’t get me cancelled for Nordic-ism!
  2. https://www.transfermarkt.co.uk/trainer/verfuegbaretrainer/statistik Tuchel, Poch, Zidane above our remit. Personally, I’d like to see if we could tempt Kjetil Knutsen from Bodo/Glimt. Won the Norwegian league twice, decent campaign in Europe including beating Mourinho’s Roma 6-1. Might even spark Ely into life. Other point would be that Graham Potter also came from similar Swedish league
  3. He literally says the same thing every week. Everton had like 1 win in their last 19 PL games I read somewhere… not to worry though Saints will oblige. I still have nothing but warm words for the man, appreciate he took over in difficult times and steadied the ship, but it really is time for change now. I imagine many will join the bandwagon of sacking before the WC but let’s be proactive and do it now.
  4. Notice how Everton take 25 seconds to take a goal kick. Our lads in that position would be dying to take it quickly as possible to help the opposition
  5. Don’t blame the fans for this. Doesn’t help conceding after 3 minutes.
  6. If we lose this I’m not sure I could stomach giving Ralph until the world cup. Would rather just do it tonight, next week is a free hit anyway and let the new manager start with WHU at home.
  7. 1-2 Everton. Mcneil. Fuck me
  8. Fuck sake 1-1…
  9. 1-0!!!! ARIBOOO
  10. Can we please shithouse a 1-0 win like Wolves and Villa did to us? I’ll happily be under the cosh all of the second half if only we can win. It always feel like when we win we have to work hard for it and usually we deserve it, but winning against the run of play isn’t our thing.
  11. We look awful at the moment.
  12. I’m really happy with that line up to be honest, now if it can translate to a win on the pitch and Ralph being reactive should anything not look right then it’s a step in right direction.
  13. Haha yeah that won’t stop me though! Still after 2 that would be ideal!
  14. I’ll take it if available?
  15. This one certainly got the biggest reaction.
  16. Dell-sized mentality
  17. I meant in the context of doing a poll. If we do a poll now, it would probably be Ralph out. If we did the poll on the night after the Chelsea game, it would likely be Ralph in. I’m not blaming the fans for our rut, if anything we are the last people to blame for being crap.
  18. Problem is we fans are fickle. We beat Chelsea and suddenly the window is rated 8/10, Ralph is amazing and has learnt from all of his mistakes. Lose two games and now he’s the worst manager in the PL and we are definitely going down. I think right time to do a poll and come to a conclusion is up until the World Cup, as personally if I was to pull the trigger it would be then.
  19. Just woken up in Birmingham following that game. Atmosphere was okay, silence and respect was observed impeccably by all which was good to see. Onto the game, it was dire, and whilst the performance/result isn’t worse than say the 9-0s, the 6-0 to Chelsea, Brentford away, WBA away, Newcastle away against 9 men, last night was really not good viewing. I want to say not getting in a striker would bite us down the line later, but equally I think if we did get Gakpo then Ralph would probably have coached the life out of him. I don’t think last night was as a result of not trying, but attacking play gone completely wrong. We seem to be playing direct without having that 6ft+ player to do so. Adam Armstrong was so far away from Che who was isolated, it was a wonder how we would ever muster a chance. Elyounoussi is not suitable for a game against non top-6 opposition, has no raw pace as a winger and felt like he lost it every time. We look so much more deeper on the pitch like a League 2 team playing a PL team. I suppose Ralph did mention in the press conference how great Villa Park is, must have been overawed by the occasion. Villa didn’t look any better but when you have that £30m quality of Bailey or £150k+ wages of Coutinho, they can muster up one good cross to get goal from nowhere. However, that is no excuse, as clubs with similar resources are managing too, and Gerrard is a relative rookie in manager terms. Nothing worse than losing on a Friday night before international break, ruined my weekend and now have to mope for 2 weeks.
  20. Yep. However, it looks like we have a solid 1,300 or so who have a season ticket and attend 14+ away games a year based off the criteria for Bournemouth? How does the club then think it is reasonable to leave 200 for remaining season ticket holders and premium members? Spurs sold out to season ticket holders with 0 aways, Leicester went on to general sale as did Wolves which perhaps swayed it. Really it should be all London games, Bournemouth and big 6 games we should take the full allocation available to us.
  21. I'd literally just got off the phone to them about City away, really annoyed. They said club took smaller allocation with the worry this would reach general sale, and that there actually wasn't any opportunity to extend to 3,000 seats. The "wording was rolled forward and this was incorrect". Why would the club not take an additional 1,500 seats at £30 a pop? That costs £45,000.... and to put it into perspective we pay Theo Walcott £75k a week. After 2 if anyone can help...
  22. Hi all, Looks like City has sold out just before it went on sale to members, but then again no surprise if we have only taken a 1,500 allocation. I am after 2 if any spares pop up? Thanks all.
  23. I just don't see us keeping a clean sheet, will predict 2-1 Saints though because have to stay optimistic. Let's have the atmosphere continue as it ended against Chelsea.
