West Ham equalized as well... amazing free kick from Payet. Newcastle have a goal disallowed. Through a terrible error from Morgan...

Villa up against Palace! Poor from Hennessey, I really rated him against us.

Eastleigh just conceded

I'm just watching Eastleigh.

Anyone with sense would sign a proven Premier League goalscorer this window. Of course Ralph and Les will find an excuse not too.

Norwich 1 shot on target goes in... bloody ****ing typical

I think people are way too harsh on Tadic here. He is one of our only creative outlets, and I read a statistic that he has created 50 goalscoring chances, which is 3rd best in the league!

"our thoughts go out to those less fortunate than us, for example teams in league 2 who used to be good and aren't anymore"

I am sick of you doubting every move by Koeman. Please don't write off players before the ball has been kicked.

Our buildup play was decent. Movement was better and more energy in the side. Let down by terrible finishing, we could have had two goals in the first two minutes. We really should have finished off a very poor Villa side before half. Defense was better, but still looked panicked and disjointed at times. Center backs were solid, but we looked vulnerable down the wings. Davis and Bertrand were good. Mane caused them problems but his finishing was poor. Pelle had an off game. Our substitutions were excellent though an injected a lot of fight and urgency into the side, Juanmi and Romeu both were impressive. Also, the fans booing at the half were disgraceful. With that attitude we will never win games....

What did he say? It's blocked

Some on this forum are a ****ing disgrace. All the whining and complaining... "Yoshida is ****, what is koeman doing?, why so defensive, why so offensive, JWP is terrible" just get behind the ****ing team! We are losing, but **** happens. It's Manchester City and we are still in the game! With a little luck it could have been 2-1 right now and back in it. The real fans ar the ones supporting up in Manchester, not those complaining on the forum!

And now city pull one back... what a great game this is

Southampton to launch major US coaching initiative
USA SaintsFan replied to Lallana's Left Peg's topic in The Saints
New York City probably has the most Saints fans, they have a small supporters group that watches games regularly. The rest of us are spread very thin throughout the country. I know of 3 fans near me. -

Yes, I definitely would try. I have never seen Saints live, so would be the best chance to at least see the team. If it were to happen, it would be great if us fans in the US could organize some sort of group to go watch the game. -

For most people in the US the MLS seems to be viewed as almost a casual league. Kids do go to games, but many of them probably can't name many players or the starting lineup. The kids with an interest in soccer follow Barcelona or Man Utd. or other big teams. MLS crowds usually consist of a majority of casual fans who sit and never sing, that is where most kids are. At one end of the stadium there are usually supporters groups. For my local team, it is the 1906 Ultras, who were modeled off the ultras groups from Eastern Europe. They chant and make tifo and flags, but rarely include kids (possible due to their bad reputation among the MLS) -
If so, I'd be tempted to play Ramirez, as he is one of our most creative players that could break down a Sunderland team set up to defend. S. Davis is undropable at the moment IMO becuase of current form, so I would slot him into the defensive midfield place, to play a more attacking game. Stek Cedric Fonte Van Dijk Betrand Davis Romeu Ramirez Tadic. Pelle. Mane

Davis scores the 3rd !!

I live just north of SF. If you are interested in watching the game, I've heard the Mad Dog in the Fog is the best place to do so. It is an English pub that shows all epl games live. If you want to meet up to watch, it might work, email me eliaswrathall@gmail.com
