Koeman's really got to pull his finger out, we've been terrible since February now. His job is to get the right players out on the pitch and get them playing to their best, neither of which he's doing atm. Tadic has been garbage since November time, Long has been garbage since we signed him, Pelle has been garbage since January (even if you think he's played well his goal scoring since then has been abysmal). We really have been cruising since new year and need to snap out of it if we want to get anywhere close to last season's finish. I still think it was poor that Koeman wasn't there for the Newcastle game regardless of his injury, all he had to do was sit there ffs.

In an attempt to have a better squad this year we've spread the money too thinly. Our squad depth is looking decent now, but our starting 11 has taken a huge hit in quality. None of our signings stand out as being PL quality, which is fine for squad players for the future but not when they have to go straight into the starting 11. Stopped watching after the second because it's making me too angry, Imma just chill until we've got aour signings sorted and got Bertrand back from injury because watching them is just gonna **** me off atm.

Home grown doesn't have to be English. I know there's talk of them changing that but it seems inherently racist so I can't see it happening

Why should/would we have a primarily English team? Only the top English players are good enough for us now and they all want to play for big clubs and generally all have attitude problems.

Really don't see why we're not after a young keeper as backup/for the future. Keepers need game time to improve but since we're in three cups this season it's not like the opportunity isn't there. We're the best club in the country for developing young players and getting them a reputation, so it's not like we should struggle to attract any. I'm assuming the club still think Gazza is filling that role, but he's nowhere near good enough for us.

The winner of Europa League now gets a place in the CL. For a club like us it's easier to win the Europa League then it is to finish 4th in the Prem, and it'd be far more of a baller achievement to actually win something in the process rather then just finish 4th.
