Shaw could be 35 for all I care, he has had a fantastic season and fully deserves his place. It would be interesting to see by how much he won that position in the team.

Problem with us is that a penalty given to us = a goal for Lambert - he doesn't miss and I reckon that could put referees off awarding the more dubious ones.

I wonder where we'd be in the league without Cork this season? Both Morgan and Vic have been injured for chunks, Jack Cork has been magnificent. I don't think we'd be sitting in the top half without him this season.

As good as he is on the pitch, it's great to see him in the training photos and interviews too - he's a joker, popular, keeps morale up, and he's probably more important in the dressing room than we realise.

Not sure about that. His arm was away from his body and blocked the ball, but he was moving it in to try and get out of the way. 50/50.

I think Luke's smart enough to stay here for at least one more year - guaranteed starting position, excellent coaching, already in the England squad. One more season, and he'll go after that if we're not pushing 4th/5th.
