Yes and if the club has decided to cash in on Cork (which is understandable if he has said he won't sign a new deal), we will need a replacement for him. Doesn't mean a striker won't come in, especially if Long is going to miss at least 6 weeks.

When he was asked about Guidetti on Thursday, he said the didn't want an attacker. Either he changed his mind or the board said no. Of course with Long now injured, club may have no choice if Long's injury is bad. Rodriguez isn't going to be back anytime soon it doesn't seem and who the hell knows what is going on with Gallagher.

Midfield need to toughen up a bit second half, Sissoko in particular looks as if he can run through them at will.

Summer 2016. If we want anything resembling a decent fee we will have to sell in the summer unless he signs a new contract, which looks unlikely.

It will be very difficult to keep this going right until the end, but I think the team are capable of doing it. What is in our favour is that most of the sides that could beat us to 4th have been so poor defensively and they all have to play against Chelsea, Man Utd & Man City who you simply don't get anything from if you can't defend properly.

Just cancelling them out at the moment, support for Pelle going forward has been nonexistent. Not bad as we are defending really well, but hopefully we see Long and Tadic during the second half and make some effort to score as I don't fancy us to keep them as quiet as that for another 45 minutes.
