A quick Error Level analysis of the original image would probably highlight any obvious photoshop attempts on the leaked pic. Does anyone have the link to the original image?

Lotus F1 Team is a separate entity to Lotus Cars. Was the rumoured sponsorship with the F1 Team or the Car manufacturer? I would be very surprised if it was the F1 Team as they are in financial trouble.
