Arguably our most reliable players last season were: Boruc, Jose, Cork, Davis, Clyne, Chambers & JRod, these are the one's who want to play for Saints. If those big time Charlie's think that just because they have had one good season, then they are the next best thing then let them go. Every single one of them will spend more time on the bench than playing football. Meanwhile Saints will spend the tens of millions we have squeezed out of the "big" clubs on some top rate players who actually want to play for us. Fook the lot of them.

Good luck to the lad, I hope we stuck to our guns & got a great deal. I just can't see him getting to play in the really big games, especially when it gets to the business end of the season & they're fighting for the title. You just know that Evra will start in those games.

Surely all teams sell players & all teams buy replacements that's the nature of football & the reason we have a transfer window. If Rickie wants to go to his boyhood club & we get a decent price for him then I for one will be happy for him. As for all the other players that want to leave as long as they go on OUR terms & not for piddling amounts then again i'm happy. If we don't use that money wisely to invest in new players of a similar standard, then maybe that will be the time for us to start to worry. As for rumours they are just that, rumours. The OS is my guide to how the club is being run & nothing is true until I read it on there. Unless of course there are rumours going round that we are signing Messi, then and only then will rumours be real.

People forget that we are saints fans. We support a team who have never made supporting them easy. Ups & downs over the years, selling our prized assets, relegation after relegation, almost going out of business. having some great players & Ali Diahs cousin, but. Through all of the highs & lows we continue to support this wonderful if sometimes frustrating club. A manager is temporary, an owner also but saints is forever. Wait to see how all this pans out, things could be worse Arry could come back.
