He's only improving if he gets loaned out and learns how to be a goalkeeper which is not going to happen sitting on our bench. He needs to play so he learns how to make decisions and position himself correctly. If they arent going to loan him out then he has to go and a new back up brought in. Boruc has spent most of this year playing not fully fit because how bad the back up goalie is

Gazza needs to go out on loan and learn his trade or he never will be even a decent back up

He's had problems for weeks and in rcent weeks the strapping is getting more and more. He needs to recover to be back on top form but not going to happen with current back up unless he physically cant move with it. It is about getting him to end of season

I'm not excusing it but shows how back up keepers are rated when he clearly is not fit and is being sent out heavily strapped to play

His kicking never has been great in his career. Add in the leg problem and it's shocking. He should be rested but total lack of quality in goalkeeping department means he plays. Needs to be someone half decent brought in summer cause clearly him playing injured is better than current back up. He had bother with that leg at fiorentina and same thing happened with kicking till it healed. Was atrocious.

Re boruc it seems that him playing with a heavily strapped leg and living on treatment table is preferred to resting him and playing gazza or Davis. His kicking is due to his leg and it isn't good when his legs are fine. Thus today's dodgy kicking

Clearly most of this forum won't be happy till they have a new goalkeeper. Only then will those who seem to think he isn't good enough realise what they had in him.

His kicking is not great. Never has been. Ain't going to change and guess what he isn't a striker! He is a goalie is kicking is less important there

Says you. Who else? He is one of top keepers in prem. He isn't perfect but none of us are and yes he probably needs some decent competition but to suggest he isn't a number one goalie is ridiculous

Maybe we should be grateful for having a great keeper? Everyone who thinks he should be replaced in summer might really regret wishing that. Yes he makes mistakes. But last week they would have gone in two nil down to Fulham at half time if not for him because he was about only player doing their job. What keeper every week maybe couldn't do better when they concede?! It amuses me how one week half you lot think he is amazing and next week he needs replaced

Players smoke. Rightly or wrongly but mostly you will find it's the foreign ones who do as in Europe it is not seen as an issue players smoking and the majority do.
