Do you think the players know? The club still seems in a bit of a mess. I guess the problem is what's the point of pre-season when the majority of the squad either have no intention of ever playing for us again or are players the club is actively trying to get rid off. There must only be a handful of players who do no fit into one of these categories.

I think the club very much wants him to leave and needs the cash after relegation last seasons insane £160m+ transfer fee alone spending spree. At this stage of his career, JWP feels very much like he'll be a £30m tops panic buy for some PL club on 1st September.

Do you understand how football works? Elyuseless was out of contract which is why he left. We can't just 'cull' Aribo, Diallo and the rest of the woeful signings as they are still under contract. The only way to get rid of them would be if a club is willing to pay good money for them and match the ludicrous wages they are on which is unlikely to say the least. We'll be seeing a lot of them all next season I'm afraid.

Cheap season tickets? Why not? The ground will be half empty next season so why not try to flog a load of s/ts at very cheap price to fill the ground. Selling more tickets at a discounted price is not going to affect the financial position of the club all that much.

Why would he expect to be kept in the loop? If he had done well his contract would have been extended. He didn't so he has been replaced.
