There's a huge amount to criticise the club for at present but the sale of JWP and ABK is not part of it. JWP is a high-level PL player, as soon as we got relegated it was 100% certain he would go. He's pushing 30, there was no way in hell he would waste one of his last peak years playing in the 2nd tier. Likewise, ABK had downed tools on us with about a quarter of last season left. He had decided he wanted to leave and there was zero chance of him staying and being a member of this year's squad even if the club had really wanted this.

When he's sacked his leaving present will be given to him by club staff passing it back and forth between themselves 462 times before going to give it to him and dropping it on the floor. It's what he would have wanted.

Really? Have you had a look at just how poor the other squads at this level are? The teams doing well this season like Preston, Birmingham, Ipswich and Hull have very few players who would get in our starting lineup. We've proven PL players like S Armstrong, Bednarek and Stephens and players far too good for this level like Alcaraz and KWP. We are struggling due to the handicap that has been imposed by SR by not only trying to get promoted but getting promoted using a style of play ill suited to our players and the league we are in.
