Today would have been Adam Yauchs 49th birthday, so in respect to him i have been listening the beastie boys all day. i found the news of his death very sad, the beastie boys played a massive part in my teenage years

the best moment for me has to be the JPT win. brilliant day out, watching my team win a trophy at wembley for the first time in my life. walking in the torrential rain after the derby play off loss was probably the most down beat i've ever been after a game.

we were the better team 1st half imo. i thought wanyama ,isgrove, punch and chambers all looked good. i wonder if chambers or isgrove have a serious role to play in the plans of poch this season apart from a few moments in the 2nd half we were generally poor, lovrens defending for the 2nd was very poor. we did lack that little moment of creativity, something which i hope adam or gaston could provide.
