  1. Gallagher's inclusion shows that Lee is really quite far down the pecking order
  2. Delighted, just Clyne to get called up now.
  3. bad miss, worse haircut
  4. Drop Lampard and Johnson ( who will gain nothing from these friendlies) and bring in Lallana and Clyne. Easy.
  5. I thought Lallana, JWP and Wanyama were all excellent. If Lallana keeps this up he has to go to Brazil.
  6. Lambert looking back to his best , which is excellent to see

  8. Incredible cover
  9. MNF was very complementary as well. Could get used to this
  10. an incredibly frustrating and boring 1-0 win. Shaw to score a screamer

    Osvaldo

6 starts is it? would give him at least 15-20 before you start judging. I think he was a top signing and will score a fair few
  12. Wanyama and Morgan made Fellaini and Carrick look utterly ordinary. Promising signs of an excellent understanding developing there. Lallana and Clyne both need England recognition. What a fantastic time to be a saints fan.
  13. Baines must surely be 1st choice lb now , much better than Cole currently
  14. Im guessing the The Sopranos is not an option? if not then The Wire is essential viewing Boardwalk empire is also excellent
  15. Would be a shame, I think he is almost the only player in the squad to have the ability to provide a moment of magic to win a game. Its just a shame that when he's not not playing very well he seems unable to make even the simplest passes. From reading Morgans interview it seemed MP wanted a no10 but most have decided that Gaston isn't in his plans.
  16. 1-2, Osvaldo to score a 90th minute winner. Boruc Clyne Fonte Lovren Shaw Victor Morgan Lallana Davis Osvaldo Lambert
  17. my favourite saints player at the moment. Was delighted when we signed him and I think there was a good chance we would have been relegated without him. Excellent goalkeeper who does the simple stuff brilliantly as well as making world class saves at vital moments. he's just as important as anyone in our defensive upturn
  18. finding a way to win when not playing well is exactly what good teams do. Its also nice to be able to beat teams around us. Couldn't have asked for a better start.
  19. didn't we beat City at home last season with Fox in the team? No Williams for them is another big blow, both defenses there to be shot at. Going for a tight 1-0, Osvaldo to score a 25 yard beauty
  20. He's the best out there, and he knows it. Watch/listen to his latest Radio 1 interview, his ego is monumental. I'm not a massive fan of the person, I feel he says stuff purely for the reaction and attention ( his "George bush hates black people" comments). But as an artist out there right now, he's untouchable. He completely left acts like 50cent in the shade, by offering something different to the "gangsta" rap out there. I think he called it cultured rap. He's a trend setter and his latest offering is certainly ambitious. His first 3 albums rank as 3 of my favourites and are marked as some of the best ever. He's a massive influence on hip hop due to his rap and producing skills, and will probably be remembered as one the most important hip-hop stars of all time. He does lose points though for having a song called " Gold digger" and then start dating one the Kardashians. Also John Lennon was a bit off a c*nt , but that doesn't mean he isn't one of the most important people of the 20th century. I also dont "get" The Beatles , but I understand why they are so important.
  21. in terms of top earners they are probably far behind, but when they are paying the likes of chamakh (93kpw!!!!!!) and bendtner upwards of 50kpw (http://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/football/article-1354689/Nicklas-Bendtner-I-deserve-50k-week-wage-Arsenal--Ive-skiing-football.html ) there probably not far behind at all, denilson who did f*ck all at arsenal was on similar as well. they had plenty of average players on mental wages
  22. Nothing against Lampard , but he really shouldn't be starting as a holding midfielder, bit of a passenger when played there. Right back looks weak, Walker isn't that good and the thought of having one of Smalling or Jones playing there in a crucial international is scary. Shaw and Clyne can't be too far off that squad, Shaw should be a shoe in after the World cup.
  23. I actually thought Swansea were one of the most defensive teams to play at sms last season. They certainly "parked the bus"
