'It's drastic action which needs to be taken, especially with just two of the current squad having clauses in their contract that, if relegated, their wages are reduced'. Excellent, well done Peter, your a genius.

Know doubt on the instructions of previous or present owners.

Maybe HMRC wont turn down £7m, but all this means is that a prospective buyer now has to find even more money. No one is going to buy them with that much debt. Chainari will carry on until he has got his money out and them just dump them. Then its bye bye cheating skates. p.s If HMRC do except the CVA it will open the doors for others to follow suit. On that basis I really can't see them agreeing to it.
-
This is all getting a bit hard to believe. There is no way they should be allowed to carry on in the football league if they are liquadated, they should also be banned from the cup final.
-
And if they don't agree a CVA ???
-
As I was saying, except Matthew Le God decided to edit only part of my post. All this just so that Chainrai can get his money them leave them to die.
-
So what exactly have the administrators been doing for the last few months apart from lining their pockets ?
-
Thanks for stating the obvious but next time Quote the whole post. .

They are hinting at 20p in the £ to be paid back over FIVE YEARS. I'm sure a fair few companies would be at serious risk of going to the wall with proposals like that. So why would they agree to a CVA ?
-
It will only take another 7% of debt owed (18% of the vote is held by HMRC) to refuse a CVA. With Gadymank being amongst that group of unsecured creditors, it looks highly unlikely they will get an agreed CVA.

Eric Cantona middle row 3rd from left.

Had to be nickh.

Tried that aswell a few years ago. I'm from your neck of the woods, the Deer are coming from the old nursery in Peters Road.
-
Have something similar to that to stop Foxes aswell, had it on last night but didn't work.
-
Thanks for that, have tried the last one but they seemed to be getting used to me and don't seem so bothered anymore. Thought I had got rid of them as they haven't been seen for the last 18 months, but this morning 2 of them were back and had eaten nearly everything by the time I got up. These two were well manky looking things and leave sh1t everywhere. My neighbour has put barbed wire along his side, but they jump really high. Coyote urine ? Is that a wind up ?
-
Any humane ideas how to keep Deer out of your garden ? Tried netting, but Foxes chew through it.
-
That answers your own question.

Skates fans I know have said some months back that he is their worst player.

Yet the PL and FA still have their finger up their arse. When and what are they going to do about it ? Platini is now calling them cheats, yet our main governing bodies are saying nothing. Its gone beyond a joke now, its time to throw the book at them and let them start as a reformed club in the non league divisions. I would love to hear the chants of cheats ringing around Wembley at the cup final just to embarrass the FA some more. Edit: sorry Frank this was meant to be in reply to Floridamarlin.

Although this thread has been diverting fun for... Good wind up though..

Defensive mistake, just make sure you don't concede against Ho Ho.
-
Very true and if they were to lose to Colchester a draw against Southend could see us make the playoffs. :weedman::drinkers::smt030:smt033

But thats happened now, we need something to keep feeding our appetite and to take the gloss off their gloating about being in the FA Cup final. I'll be lost when this finally ends. I'll have to do some work for a change.
-
Pompey will not be the only reformed team in the lower leagues, so it won't be that easy. I would like to see them dropped into the Blue square south league. Eastleigh game would be a cracker.
-
Plus get drawn out of the hat to play Chelsea in the FA cup. Wembley would become our second home.
