Nick, I don't think Stu is denying their was such an email, he is saying that it was only in a regular newsletter that you had to have subscibed to. For those like myself that have not subscribed would not know about season ticket pricing without visiting their website. Many others that don't have, or use computers, are missing out on whats going on. Yes they could phone, but when should they have phoned ? The club left it late in releasing details, so many people may well have had to keep phoning to find out, others would have just given up. A lot of the older fans don't trust giving details and payments over the phone and would prefer to have a renewal form to have in front of them to read and fill out. Do you not believe that sending forms in the post would have paid for itself and put more bums on seats ?

What Benson has said above is spot on, but as you say if you really want a season ticket you will get one, one way or another, Unfortunately there are those that wont, this is the market they are missing. Cortese/ Leibherr thankfully saved our club, but they can still make mistakes and be questioned about it, we don't want to end up with another dictator ownership who will not listen to advice and refuse to adjust and end up alienating their customer base. Do we really want to go down that route again ?

It really is quite easy to see what we are talking about. Of course we will get better gates if we are more succesful, hence why I said base it on the 1st 5 games.
