  2. Chamberlain, Bale, Lallana and Walcott all in the bottom ten though, which shows we're not so good at creating these players. Oh... just seen saint si pointed out the same thing Good on Rickie as usual.
  3. Gotsta be Poch.
  4. Pretty much the most least likely thing to happen. He's with us.
  5. Wow, that's an incredible team goal, some fancy stuff going on there! Je-hesus.
  6. Rodriguez would've scored it. He seems to be much better at in-the-box chances than Lambert these days, who's turning into more of a midfielder every game. Obviously still world class in front of goal, don't get me wrong.
  7. Calum Chambers is gonna be huge, he's already making waves on the international stage! Shame he's now being deployed in a defensive role though, as he's very good going forward. Omar Rowe is a great winger, can deliver a ball like no one else and has the confidence to take shots too, he's worth a try next season. Sam Hoskins has always been known to be good, but it doesn't look as if he fits into the club's plans at the moment. Some of the U18s are good too, particularly Matt Targett. There are good things ahead for us.
  8. Haha, all great... I loved Terry et al like "Oh hey.... John Cork? Great to uh... see you again." Lallana DOES own the place, Mayuka and Yoshida looked miserable, and Kelvin looked so happy bless him, he looked so well integrated into the club like people genuinely wanted him to do a good job, other than everyone else just being official and nonsense.
  9. Good summary. Pretty mad to look at where we are now, and we've done it without throwing tons and tons of money at people; admittedly we've signed players here and there, but that's normal in the modern game. I'm very proud to have been a part of it, and can't wait to see where we are in another 4 years.
  10. Wait... what?
  11. Bring in a class, established English CB to partner Yoshida, use Fonte and Forren as back-up. Job done.
  12. QPR and Reading are as good as gone now, yeah? We're safe just down to the fact that it is so damn close at the bottom, and on our current form we are one of the best of the pack. I think Villa are still going down, but I wouldn't be surprised if it was Sunderland instead; I really want to see Di Canio in the Premier League next year though, always good to have a character or two.
  13. Pretty well done joke I suppose. They even put "April Fools" at the end of the article in Spanish!
  14. Can't wait for the last game of the season. Who cares which is the biggest, we should be trying to win all of 'em.
  15. Why would MP thank NA anyway? Crap question, and good on MP for answering straight.
  16. Just happy he's playing well for us, tbh. Don't want him risking injury/tiredness.
  17. Why did Davis keep kicking it to his left into touch? Strange.
  18. J-Rod has been nuts good. Clyne today finally proved he will be world class as well, has been shaky up until recently but looked the real deal today. Such an incredible day at the office!
  19. No reason why Lawro would give us any shade of a chance for Saturday. I'm certainly not. If we get a point, awesome.
  20. Really hope Owen plays... I assume that's who we're talking about.
  21. We're going to lose, definitely. God I miss him, and when we play them I will be so happy to see him again.
  22. Summed it up pretty well. Jokes on 5 as well, I laughed at that video a lot! We have plenty of upcoming youth players who are great backup as well, I'm thinking Targett at LB and Turnbull, Stephens and others at CB, so no need for investment there IMO. I say get shot of Gaston and bring someone else in, but that's just me. Rodriguez will be key next season.
  23. Yeah, the problem is though that the people who actually matter in football DO rate our players, so expect a few bids for key figures in the summers of 2013 and 2014 at least! I want Shaw to stay with us for his whole career, and with the right treatment and progress I don't see why he wouldn't.
  24. Frazer Richardson. Close thread.
