But why should we be patient with Ramírez? I honestly believe that he has cost us a few games this season, wasting chances for himself and others around him with poor passing and pathetic attempts at skills. As others have said, he is a luxury player who cost way too much and just doesn't work in our style. He might well be amazing next season, but honestly I don't want to wait to see if that happens, and I think we should just let him go now and find someone who actually works in our team. It's alright Cortese, everyone makes mistakes. Rodriguez was inspired; Ramírez just wasn't.

I love having a character like Artur Boruc in our team, did y'all see the little one-handed flicks he did over Reading players in the box yesterday? So amazing. Agreed. As a team recently promoted (twice), we beat the league champions and the European champions, with a narrow defeat to a pumped-up QPR team and a scrappy draw with Norwich. Everton beat a massively struggling Reading, the league champions (fair play), and the average Stoke City. Hmm...

As long as it doesn't affect his career, that's fine, but hopefully he's out for our game as that'll make our job a lot easier!

Given the magnitude of the teams we've beaten, and the progress actually made by the manager (hence the award), it would be criminal if Poch didn't win this. Moyes has done well too, but Fergie's had to do very little to beat those sides.
