This is a great and thorough summary that I wholeheartedly agree with. Though I'm not quite sure what those words and phrases in bold indicate. They seem to be quite random. They kind of take away from the effectiveness of your post and frankly make it quite difficult (and rather annoying) to read coherently without trying to put an emphasis on the bold parts that seem to be completely unnecessary.

In what way did it personally offend or disgrace somebody, hurt someone's feelings, the club's image, or have any long-term effect on the club and/or its aspirations? I'm on the contractor's side and praise him for being a good sport.
