Just for clarity sake, the intention of this thread was not to debate the pros and cons of NJ at all, nor how long his tenure may be, but more a thought to who the collective may think would suit us when there is the next inevitable change in manager.
Some want NJ out, some are nostalgic for RH. Wrong time or right time, maybe some thoughts shared about who SR should have appointed or, more pertinent, who SR should appoint next?

NJ certainly convinced he is never wrong on his tactics and it's always the players that f*ck up. Not sure this will be a happy camp if the season continues in this direction.
Jones is no man manager. Anyone who berates his "staff" like he does in full earshot and view of the others will never build a team or get the best out of them and will only encourage the opposition. The quiet word when you can makes all the difference. Poor show.
He does sound like the sort of strong player mentally and physically we need. Only hope he doesn't get into a race with Lyanco for a suspension for yellow cards or even a red.
