Its a weird one, me and my wife are hoping to have kids and we fall into the category of being over the amount, if the money saved from us not claiming went to families who needed it I would have no issue with it, as it stands they will use it for some crap, anyone wanting more that two children should pay for the child fully though, its morally and socially irresponsible when there are children who need to be fostered, adopted and helped.
