I wouldn't say relegation is helpful either but lack of ambition in the previous transfer window could cost us just that. -

Goalkeeper. At least one centre back. Left Back cover for Shaw. Winger needed. Striker needed to give Lambert competition, its obvious Adkins does not think he is up to it in that position hence him playing a centre forward as a £7 Million winger. -
Or shall we save the carbon footprint and move all over to the quail?

By your argument we are competitive for relegation? As we are only off the 3 places by GD? The squad is stronger now but is it strong enough and strong enough to be competitive in this Legaue for 38 games? Obviously not as we are trying to buy players now, thats a sure sign we failed to do so in the previous window, this window is for tinkering not for wholesale changes, I believe we have to take that risk to stay up. -
Dont be like that Jack.................

I have not even got a motor at the moment as deciding what to buy ha ha so would have to go for a bus lady or bus wa**er! Yes thats looks good a bit of sophistication for me.
-
So where do people go, serious question, is it just bars or local boozers?
-
And I have seen more violence in those 3 places than I have anywhere else I have ever lived, the McCluskeys lot, is that still bounced by the lads from golden gloves? Aggro there all the time and I wil tell you why, there is no where to go, too many fellas and not enough birds, or very average ones at that who think they are the ******** when in fact most of the fit ones left years ago.

Or Cortese, throw in a bit of Reed and we have one inadequate team, a great collection of promise and hairdressing ability though. -
Ah I see the old gay bar routine, very good lad. Go on where is good? When I lived down there I always went to Bournemouth or Brighton for a night out as town was crap, New York's, McCluskeys,Dog and Duck just crap, it surely has to be better now.

Thats true and my whole point but someone has to be resonsible for this? We knew we were promoted in May, why did it take so long nearly 8 months to realise that our squad is inadequate? -
Possibly but I am 37 and feeling it, I go out quite a lot, wheres good in Southampton now as I am down next weekend and off into town, no doubt the lads will know a few places but where do you suggest? http://southampton.myvillage.com/article/southamptons-chavviest-areas

I was not talking about the City centre, I was talking about in the boudaries, in Liverpool we have Lark Lane Woolton Allerton Road Childwall Mossley Hill And others as well. 20 mins from Liverpool and you can be in Wrst Kirby, Heswall,Hale village, Crosby and West Lancs and North Cheshire, in Liverpool areas like Cressington, Woolton and Grassendale where houses go for serious poke. Its not all bad trust me I would not be here otherwise.

Argentina upping the ante on the Falklands....
Barry Sanchez replied to doddisalegend's topic in The Lounge
How did Spain take Southern America? I am sure the foreign office/Whitehall mandarins would love nothing more than to be rid of this expenditure but that goes against everything what being British is about, if people wish to remain British would would you do? I dislike Thatcher and she was opportunist in this yes of course she was but what else could she do, give them up? Follow the Americans and talk of joint sovereignty after the Islands have been invaded? No the only path was this one and its proved to be correct, the sabre rattling by the Argentines is a smokescreen for their failing economy again. Last time they were dictators and abused their own and made them disappear and this time its the self righteous left with hurt pride. -
Sweet future star, always told my wife I was going to make it big.
