The best way for these young players to improve is with game time. Game time in the Premier League is probably the best environment too, rather than being farmed out to the L1 team. Targett has done the job and although he can't quite et his head around the chicken/egg puzzle, he is doing his best on the pitch this season when the team has needed him. Bertrand will slot back in when fit, but in time Targett will be our first choice. The guy is a local lad and should be supported!

That's one good thing that Sky money has done then. Means clubs don't have to bow down to the richer 'top 6' crew as they've plenty in the bank anyway.

He's calm, considered and honest. His questions when interviewing Koeman and players after games always seem to be relevant. I liked his little dig at 'ill-informed journalists'.

Given the money in for player sales + the sky TV bonanza, and that we've been quite thrifty in buying compared to other teams, we should be ££££s in. She should be getting her money back whilst she can!

His passing is awful though. Maybe the close stuff isn't, but he seems to attempt raking cross the park passes several times a match which never hit the spot. Still, he's a good battering ram in the middle of the park and we be worse off without him. It's not like we need the money, we've spent little compared to our peers and had more in with player sales to boot.
