Has anyone noticed how favourable the cup has been to us in recent years? Coventry away in 2012 has been our only away cup draw (from the 3rd round onwards) since bristol rovers in the 5th round in 2008 and even in that season we were at home in the 2 previous rounds. Now the injured players are coming back I'm looking at us to replicate our early season form against the same, weaker opposition we played in that period, and we need our first team fit. The last thing I want is a lovren, schneiderlin or Lallana getting injured by some championship player.

Not sure whether I'd want chambers or Clyne. The argument for hambers is that chadli is spurs biggest aerial threat (needs to be marked by a CB from corners), therefore Clyne would struggle with back post crosses against him. My argument for Clyne is that he is better going forward thatn CC and spurs LB slot is one we should target as there ate few choices. Think gazza, CC, fonte (I hope), lovren, Shaw, schneiderlin, cork, j rod, Davis, Lallana, Lambert. That front 4 creates so many chances at SMS.

That was you in a plural sense btw, not just yourself. Customers tend to use info we have and don't look at others POV. Obviously the food is cr*p and over priced but that's a sports arena for you.

A lot of agency staff for busy periods, a large intake of new workers, a lot of which are young, haven't worked before and can be slow to start off with. However, you can imagine that the amount of people applying for these positions are limited and are people that are taken on, trained and developed. I don't have all the answers but if you try and think from the companies POV rather than yours as a customer, you can realise what may be difficult and why certain things happen.
