It's not on terrestrial is it?
-
No he wasn't. He never played in the EPL
-
186 caps presumably as that is their aggregate.

Yesterday was 13 months to the day I left The Dell - sorry, St Mary's - and said to my son-in-law 'that's the worst Saints team I have ever seen' and I watched my first game 57 years ago. A week or so later was the 0-9 and I texted him to say 'told you so'. I'm not apologising to Ralph and the team but, wow!, ****dy well done! Truly amazing, you are a joy to watch. It is a proper team.

Was hilarious to see Smith on MOTD bleating that the ref didn't add the correct amount of added/injury time otherwise they would have won.
-
But who was 'them' - Everton?
-
Is he related to Habib Diallo - also a Brest man - allegedly interesting Sheffield United (though apparently already a Wednesday player according to some twat on Wiki)?

It isn't the BBC. They are a public broadcaster who are under threat from a government who wants to put anything of value into private hands, private hands in which they have an interest. They are therefore an easy target for bullies who either want to make them look out-of-touch or weak or who have there own personal PC agenda. Wake up.

Probably because we are leading, not winning. You don't win until the final whistle. Sorry, no. until 3 minutes after the final whistle and the 'big' club has been awarded a post-match penalty.

Mid 6os? Your grammar should HAVE been a lot better then.

'Six years are - sounds abut right

Ooooops = that was meant as a reply to Mr X's comment on Bertrand!

First ground in England to have permanent floodlights and first official floodlit game - a Football Combination match against Spurs on 1st October 1951.

Clubs, and Klopp in particular, are always moaning about too many games. TV won't miss out. There is this season's European cup competitions to complete and these could be repeated so that there is a double dose next season - they start on a league basis so the results would probably not repeat and so the teams in the final rounds would be different. There is plenty of scope for formulating an additional domestic cup competition to make up any shortfall of games. It would be organised on a group basis going on to a knock-out stage. The exact format can be left until the length of the season is better known and could be done on a basis of separate cups for each division. Problems to resolve, yes, but fair on this season's teams and worth thinking about rather than just saying "no chance".

We should have won the home game against Arsenal but a poor parry by Gennoe gifted them an equaliser. We asked Arsenal if they would postpone the replay by one day as we were knackered after 4 games in 9 days but they refused. I remembered that irony when Wenger had a particularly loud outburst about having to play something like 3 in 8.
-
I haven't seen this suggested anywhere but surely the most reasonable way to resolve this season bearing in mind when we are probably able to resume is to scrap the 2020/21 league season. When we re-start we pick up where we left off with the league and cups. Then hopefully the 2020/21 cup competitions can take place as usual and maybe an additional cup (ZDS?) if that results in too few games. Pros: fair to teams in promotion or relegation positions. fits in with the most likely re-start time. Cons: Liverpool most likely end up champions and we miss out on the joy of seeing all those scouse tears, hand-wringing and whinging, sorting out players contracts,

5 major cup games within the shortest period - 11 days in March 1979. 10th WBA (A) FA5, 12th WBA (H) FA5 replay, 17th Forest LC final, 19th Arsenal (H) FA6, 21st Arsenal (A) FA6 replay. We then had a league game on 24th - away to Bolton. Remind Klopp when he bleats.

OK. You're right. I thought it was I who was looking at the bigger picture but instead I will wait to hear what the Minister of Transport with a PROVEN history of lying and cheating tells me to do and then go along with that as the way to lead my life henceforward. I will rely on what he tells me to do rather than listen to people who know what they are talking about. Thankyou for correcting me on this. In the meantime I support to the hilt his proposal for saving the air industry during this crisis by re-introducing the art of sky-writing. That was pure genius!

Oh my God! They're crawling out of the woodwork now with their self-righteous pontificating and twisting of other people's words. What is political about my comments? Shapps is a crook, period. That is not a political statement, it is a fact. And my other comments were common sense - take advice from those who KNOW what they are talking about.
-
Unfortunately it is you who has shown yourself to be a thick idiot. I did not say I was not going to self-isolate. I said I would not take advice from a proven con-man, liar and cheat who actually should have been isolated some while ago - in prison. I WILL take advice from people who are intelligent, trustworthy and know what they are talking about and who have a good knowledge of the available facts. That obviously excludes you.
-
I won't be taking advice from a proven con-artist such as the Rt Dishon Grant Shapps (or whatever he calls himself these days) thankyou very much.
-
We could do with him - beautiful little Argentian but probably a bit old now.
