  1. From both sides of the pitch.
  2. I quite like the pre-match tunes at the minute, definitely helps the atmosphere. Best I saw though was in a packed stadium in Katowice years ago. The DJ played mad euro-techno tunes for 90 mins before kick off & the mental Poles in the stand behind the far goal were bouncing about the entire time. Perhaps a pre-match rave is required at SMS? lol
  3. Spot on.
  4. Another reason (to add to the long list) not to buy that rag.
  5. I've got to the stage that I insist my kids leave theirs in the ground, they were fairly building up at home.
  6. Quite right, bloody noisy things. I much prefer the St Mary's Library effect we've had for years.

    Redmond

    ^This.
  8. Hazardous substance on the M3, bomb disposal on the scene. This will have screwed a lot of fans over today.
  9. I'd play Tadic too. And I can't stand him.
  10. You make the Northam the focal point t for noise: Home fans only in that stand. (Away fans down the side.) Have one drum at that end. It makes a massive difference to generating noise. Eventually introduce safe standing.
  11. With the centre halves we've got we should definitely be using a 3-5-2 formation.

    Lemina!

  13. Much better yesterday, plenty of noise even before the early goal. That Lemina song caught on quickly.
  14. We were talking about how well those three played walking away from the ground. Lemina was the stand out player but the other two were excellent too.
  15. The general sale begins tomorrow, 14th September. http://www.fifa.com/worldcup/news/y=2017/m=9/news=ticket-sales-for-2018-fifa-world-cuptm-to-start-on-14-september-2017-2907645.html In addition to host country Russia; Brazil, Iran, Japan, Mexico, Belgium, Korea Republic and Saudi Arabia have so far secured their spots at the 2018 FIFA World Cup Russia™. Russia promises to be a unique continuation of this history, with outstanding organisation and a great atmosphere in the stadiums,” said FIFA Secretary General Fatma Samoura. 16. It's best just to ignore his bull****.
  17. And give a few of them a boot in the hole while he's at it!
  18. I'm in agreement with you as regards the clappers, beats the usual morgue-like silence in the ground. As we don't have any songs though I'm not sure how the big screen would help. Huddersfield put us to shame a fortnight ago. They had a decent drum in the ground though, it helps big time. Could you imagine the whining on here if someone brought one into St Mary's! lol
  19. Now that's a great idea. "Get your finger out you *******!!!" #SaintsFC #Useless****s #WeLimpOn
  20. The atmosphere has been gash for years ffs.
  21. That was a shockingly bad display. Awful all over the pitch. Dreadful.
  22. Singing & videoing? No chance, I can't multitask like that! lol
  23. I took this video the other night at the game. Only 20 secs or so but it sounds much better with Ulster accents singing it! lol
  24. I've no sympathy, why on earth would they leave it so late to get the deal done?
  25. Our problem is our ranking is likely to be better this month (estimated 19th dependent on tonight's games) than October's which will be used for the seedings. A draw against the Germans & a win in Oslo might be enough.
