We are lucky to have these 2 play for us, if you had to choose who would your pick be ??
-
I can see him scoring a shed load for us next season, who needs a new striker.

Tommy Forecast finally finds his calling...
Saints boy in Leeds replied to Andre's topic in The Saints
Made me chuckle... On 13 August 2009 Forecast joined Grimsby Town on a one-month loan following an injury to Town's first-choice goalkeeper Nick Colgan. Forecast made his full professional debut the following day for Grimsby against Crewe Alexandra in a 4–0 defeat, The Crewe Chronicle described Forecast's debut as "one of the most shockingly inept displays the Football League has ever seen". Grimsby sent Forecast back early from his loan spell on 3 September after failing to impress in his four games with The Mariners -
Good shout, personaly I hope we get at least 1 defender (LB, better than Fox) and a striker, I don't think we will though as we've had months to do it.

Not obvious but that fact that Shaw was injured a lot last time out should of indicated (to the professional coach / setup) he could carry in like that, no point in getting tetchy mate, anyone that thinks their squad will stay injury free is mental, and not having back up any better than Fox at this level is shooting yourself in the foot (IMO of course)
-
I find it funny how most of us fans have been crying out for a LB as back up / competition for Shaw yet the powers that be didn't. We need a LB and striker at the very least if we are to improve more than a few places than last season.

Do you play as Saints on Fiffa / PES ?

Nice one, Xbox or PS3 ? -
Point taken but the TARGETS set from OP are 26 goals more than we managed last season, without signing any attacking minded players not sure they are reasonable, maybe another 5-10 extra but 26, not for me.

Mods move if needed but just wondering if anyone actually plays as saints on their consoles ?
-
Yes, IMO anything over £60 - 70 odd Million and they would be stupid not to sell him, no doubt he's in the worlds best top 5 players but that kind of money would be hard to say no too, obviously he will go for a lot more than this as reported but I'd put my house on him going.
-
LOL, if we score anywhere near that I'd expect us to be in the top 4 ! I'd say, 4 / 8 / 12 / 20 (at best) unless we sign some spice for our final 3rd play.

Saints near the bottom for players signed, any cause to panic?
Saints boy in Leeds replied to Mr X's topic in The Saints
IMO anyone that understands the game would agree that we do need a top quality striker to get our goals, not only because its a school boy error to depend on 1 player for this but because we only have one proven forward.
