That's the point I'm trying to make, if we had forwards that can put the ball in the back of the net that will be the differance between us drawing for 1 point and winning for 3. SRL has done very well for us and should be thanked for it but still we could do with another player who will get us 15 - 20 goals in this league. The defence seems to have stabilised a touch so that's good but up front we need scorers, not shooters IMO.

I get all that but surely you can see that if SRL gets injured J rod won't score loads nor will mayuka, just think we should go for another if we can get a decent loan option.

I know we would do with a GK, LB, CM & prob a CB but IMO we need a quality finisher, someone that can score from outside the box seeing as we like to mess around with it there !

We will stay up, all be it 17th as we are playing good football, scoring goals and seem to have stopped letting tons in. No team goes a full season playing out of this world and winning every game. Just look at City yesterday, blagged a last gasp gaol, they are the champions. I know we all want to win and play great every game (who doesn't) but its a long season. Hopefully we will bring in a couple of experienced players to help and Gaston lives up to his price. We will stay up !

If you look at the fans at anfield they clap MLT after he chipped the ball over mark wright (I think) and slotted it home, I clap if I witness a great finish or something that only a few could achieve.
