I see on Facebook that Leon Crouch has joined the Matt Le Tissier For Southampton Manager group! http://www.facebook.com/home.php#/group.php?gid=47307247113 Is this a statement of intent?

Its times like these you realise who true Saints people are, Le Tissier, McMenemy, Crouch and Channon are the only four i can list as TRUE Saints fans at the moment!

Sad but true!

Very sad for Deans family especially his dad Pete who is a work colleague of mine, Dean and his family are comitted Saints fans and Dean was a top bloke who will be sorely missed ............ R.I.P Dean.

Because we NEVER protest against chairmen or hold THEM accountable do we? If your argument stands Matt should have retired after the first great escape so as not to tarnish his name! I simply cannot believe so many of you lot would have Matt on the board making decisions on subjects he has no knowledge of whatsoever (BUSINESS), rather than using his CONSIDERABLE knowledge and experience of this beautiful game (football) managing this once great club!

Well i'll continue to be a dreamer and you continue to be pessimistic, and hopefully we'll muddle through somewhere in the middle, One day though id hope the Roy of the Rovers scenario applies to US for a change!

In League One I personally think he will be successful and more to the point who else would fill the stadium? 5-10,000 crowds under a mediocre manager or 25-32000 roaring Saints on united under Le Tiss !

How pessimistic! and what if Saints and Matt storm League One gaining an automatic promotion place and attracting good investment and sall out crowds?

Could you name a more apt and deserving character then Kadeem? surely if he wants the position he at least deserves a shot at it!

Have it on good authority that Matt isnt interested in a place on the board but has his eye completely on the managers position!
