Sorry to say but I have been "out of love" with footy for 2 or3 seasons now. Haven't even really watched match of the day since we got relegated. Have kept my ST but that has been more to do with seeing my mates. Suppose I am just fed up with all the e tra ****** footy has become. It was so much simpler pre Sky and the Prem. Don't get me wrong, Sky have done a hell of a lot for the game but I do miss tbs days when Saturday afternoons were football time. Col

Well i will be at the O2 shop in Eastleigh Friday morning at 9 to get the wife one. I have been very impressed with my iPhone 3g, i can even live with the camera (which if you are in a well lit area is absolutely fine, took some great pics in Vegas). Sure it has some quirks but what camera doesn't. At least they have addressed the camera/video & MMS issues. Col. (No Ess didn't pay me to post this ;o)

Great read Tim. I remember my first game. I was 6 I think and my dad took me on the bus from Eastleigh. Got to the Dell about 1 hour before ko, dad sat me on the wall at the front of the Milton, sunny day, steward asked me to get off the wall about 10 mins before the players came out. Sorry all tried PM'ing Ess but it wouldnt work so............ Hi Ess, As a recent convert having got an iTouch for Xmas i have just upgraded my phone to an iPhone. Now i intend to synch it to the same lappy as my touch. Could i encounter any "problems" and any apps i have paid for are they transferrable (sp) from my touch to me iPhone? Sorry Steve, not wanting to be "Mr negative" but is a betting forum such a good idea. Last time i looked this site was frequented by younger fans as well as adults and if we go along with a betting forum i cant help feeling the site is moving away from being a "family freindly" forum. Some people are so Touchi. Getting back on thread, i can get a free upgrade to an iPhone and am seriously considering it as i love my iPod iTouch Touchi and my N95 is a pile of cack, apart from the camera which has taken some bloody good pics in all honesty. The MMS issue was a problem but if there is an App that patches over this then i am sold. Crikey we are all turning into Ess ;o) Col.

I got the 32gig for Christmas and i bloody love it. Apps, games, music, films, photos, WiFi, its got everything you could want from a portable "amusment arcade". It also looks the dogs danglies. The only problem i have found is that i "accidently" downloaded all my photos (1600) and i cant seem to be able to delete them (i can delete them all using iTunes but i was hoping to pick and choose using the Touch). I can also recommend a programme called Cucusoft which i use to copy "personal" DVD's, i paid £20 for it but it can rip down a DVD to MPeg4 in 30 - 40 mins, excellent. Battery life is also very good, i have watched 3 films on one charge, i also have a piggy back battery pack (uses AA's) which will give an extra 4 or 5 hours. Buy one now matey, you wont regret it. The Touch is total class, the N95 is, for me, a total disappointment. While the camera is very good, though a little slow, the GPS is painfully slow picking up the sat's, web browsing is very poor (even using WiFi, which it keeps dropping connections), i still cant get the driver for the cable so i cant sync with the Lappy outlook, so all in all i am a bit disappointed in the N95. On the other hand i got a touch (NOT an iPhone) for Xmas and am so chuffed with it i am seriously thinking of trading in the N95 for one. Col.
