Why do these deluded people keep coming back, digging a hole for themselves, thanks for filling the hole in lads. I don't think there is anything of PES's arguments left to view, just pat the earth down to make it tidy.

Come on get up to speed on this...Didn't you read he trained with them at the end of last season and made such an impression...that they snapped him up on a free, 5 months later.

The Snooze fuelling up the Hatebus with old news.

The cold wind of reality whistling through the hallowed halls of Nottarf Krap? No of course not...silly me...just a blip.

Until the fat lady gets a Garibaldi stuck in her throat.

Au contraire: Saints Official Site: Wheat Twitter: Chaff Mostly. Think I'll come back tomorrow afternoon for an update.

Just IMAGINE the goals against count if he hadn't been there... -
I'm puzzled as I'm on page 93 but I can tell you...that was the best début from a Saints player...ever!! Gaston's first half hattrick was a joy to behold...great signing NC and NA...Champions League here we come.
-
So if it's not a bluff it's a good example of fiscal prudence. We have a budget for this transfer window...we have identified targets and how we're going to pay for them. Bologna come along agree a fee but want us to blow our budget to buy one player by throwing our planned payment schedule out of the window. NC and NA have always said deals will be done when in the interest of SFC. Ahh "fiscal prudence" there's a concept not often heard at the eastern end of the M27.

Perhaps the reason why Rallyboy's message remains the same is that the root cause also remains the same. If you're so thick as not to learn from some of the most pointed lessons in British Football history, you deserve to have it rammed down your throat at every opportunity. One day when this pathetic saga is over some of the more intelligent amongst your supporters will perhaps coat the pill a little more kindy to allow you to swallow the facts as outlined in these pages.

Saints did well with ten men today

This idiot is obviously a WUM...I'm surprised he's allowed out unsupervised...move along nothing to see here. -
A BIG signpost to other potential signings...Saints have ambition and are not just here to make up the numbers!
-
Don't worry, with any luck it will be a very loud POP!! followed by a prolonged WHIIIIIIINE. You'll be able to hear it in Italy.

I can see them working together. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Slumlord

Despite all the talk of a Chinny take over I still can't see past Liquidation by the FL not granting the Golden Share. None of this financial speculation makes any sense to me...the FL need guarantees that they can complete the season. Nobody has shown any financial guarantees as far as I can see...what am I missing?
-
He'd be a good signing for them...having joined them straight from a Spanish building site he could double-up with Nottarf Krap ground maintenance.
-
Probably too busy looking after their elderly parents...disabled children...sorry this is too easy, like shooting fishy things in a barrel.
-
I think you'll find it does. It's a well known fact that 93% of all statistics are simply made up.
-
I can't wait for the takeover. What could be more bizarre...dancing in the streets of Psmth heralding the bright new future of the formerly reviled Portpin P*mpey. Don't you just love PPs...the cause to prolong the suffering.
-
It's amazing how quickly the reviled can be rehabilitated down the M271...the blood-sucking leeches of last week become the heroes of this due to the noble act of being transferred. If Chinny stumps up the cash I can already hear the Blue Few singing his name. The second (or third) coming will be even more hilarious that the ones before.
-
I can only see all this horse trading as smokescreen. The real deal breaker is the handcuff's the FL has put on any future owner in carrying forward a large amount of debt into NewCo. Player debt is only a part of the equation.
-
Now there's a conundrum...who would you trust more...a proposition from Harry or a proposition from a prospective Nigerian millionaire?
-
I think if you're a Pro Footballer in this position you're not going to be spending much time reading internet missives and listening to local news bulletins. If my wife's anything to go buy she can successfully avoid listening to anything about the PFC saga over the last two years...she has however asked me to let her know when it's all over.

In all of this speculation that the players will either, "get nothing on liquidation" or "will be paid from the remaining Parachute Payments" we're ignoring the elephant in the room. Obviously the players are being advised and are confident that they would be covered by the football creditors rule, with the funding coming from the PPs. What would you do if you were faced with nothing or a negotiated settlement...you'd come to an agreement. It looks to me they are confident in their stance.
-
Why?...why not! It sounds on a par with all the other offers they've had so far. I say it's worth a punt.
