I can't believe some of the reactions here. Carroll knew exactly what he was doing...my only regret is that he didn't get a good enough contact on Flores.

Micah has a GREAT idea!

Yay Trousers for England!! Awesome :adore:

How sad, what a shame...nevermind. West Ham will have to adopt Plan B....oh.

I don't know what Owen is seeing but I don't see Tomkins getting a touch of the ball in that challenge on Bony.

You can always spot a Troll as they always present conjecture as fact. FACT...not conjecture.

I see the only way back into the dressing room is to eat "Humble Pie" in a public apology to Jose and the rest of the team. If he does that...there's a chance...otherwise he goes.

Could easily have had a second with a great bit of close control from 6 yards but the keeper made a fortuitous block. Looks quick, skilful and confident...I really like him. Future looks bright.

Ha! I'm an oldie...the last time I did that was in the upstairs of a record shop at The Junction sitting on Indian scatter cushions to the smell of Jos Sticks listening to the full vynal album of "My Goals Beyond". Peace Man. Now I just search YouTube for the latest video.

I think that's down to the squad itself. If reports are correct and they want him out I think there will always be a seething undercurrent if there is an attempt to rehabilitate.

Do most people stream their purchases online now before buying? I don't so I'm probably liable to make a few clangers over the year but I accept that. My main source is 6 Music during the day and the weekend broadsheet reviews.

Great player for us...always a buzz when he got the ball...made things happen. Happy 50th mate

I read it and discarded the opinions of the TROLL. Write that on any football forum and everyone would know why it's been written, a typical "look at me piece".

You're commenting on your agenda, (putting a negative spin on everything positive that comes out of the club) pulling apart every statement, phrase by phrase, word by word and commenting on something that's not even there. You're someone who reads a line and interprets the rest of the book. Totally predictable, totally boring.

Depending whether you take the statement on face value, you choose to either sit back with a sigh of relief or rock backward and forwards with anxiety. I'm in the former camp...my sympathy is with the rest of you.

I know it's halfway through January but today I've been reviewing one of my duds of 2013 which featured in some music journalists "Best of" list. OK mine is: Ripley Pine by Lady Lamb The Beekeeper It's a bit like Lesley Feist without the voice or the songs. So what other well fancied runners failed to make the Canal Turn?

Breaking News!! A number of media hacks were led sobbing from the press conference...more to follow on Sky Sports News at 5pm.

Just a light ditty for GS...who has probably been singing this for the last 40 years...

That's nice to hear. Your daughter must be a good luck charm...bring her back for every home game.
