Why couldn't Liebherr sponsor us?
charliegeorgesflymo replied to Barry Sanchez's topic in The Saints
This is the whole point - Markus Liebherr broke away from the family business and set up his own company Mali Group - Liebherr the multinational organisation are not linked to KL. I'm sure it has helped being part of the family but it's not dissimilar to Adidas and Puma - Puma wouldn't sponsor an Adidas owned team but both businesses set up by brothers from the same family. -
It is a truly awful show - just remember he is paid to be contentious.

Hagiology Books Back in the Club Shop!
charliegeorgesflymo replied to Fitzhugh Fella's topic in The Saints
All the Saints is an absolute must for those interested in the history of the club - great book and great to see the club engaging further with the fans. Things definitely improving. -

Sort out the poor service in the bar areas!

I just try and remember he is employed to spark confrontation - he doesn't actually believe half the things he spouts. That said he does come across as a bit of a knob. Hawksbee and Jacobs on the other hand are brilliant and starting to enjoy Colin Murray and friends. As you can tell I spend a lot of time on the road!

We are allowed an opinion - that's the beauty of football. I think that this forum proves none of us have a clue! Sat next to a father and son at the Villa match who were vitriolic about Lambert - too slow etc - I for one think we should have a bit of loyalty but that's not something that gets us three points. Similarly I do think Luke Shaw is too one footed but it is something I'm sure the coaches are working on. Plus the back to goal, tippy tappy football can be frustrating when we are behind and we'd all like to see a goal. Doesn't make you right and doesn't make me wrong. Football is a game of opinions (otherwise how would we justify Robbie Savage's pundit career). Vive la difference and plus cas change as they say in the Arsenal dressing room.

He's normally in Sainsburys Portswood on a Sunday morning - I'd hang round the fruit and veg section
