The good posters no longer post here and you can see why...

Didn't someone also superglue all the locks or keyholes in his doors? -
Might be ok if the grass is lush enough

I knew Steve well and went to school with him at Prices in Fareham, he lived next door to a great mate of mine in Warsash. He won the Young Player of the Year award one year I think, possibly the same year Keegan was Player of the Year. Last time I saw him was a few years ago at the Village Inn in Park Gate, had an interesting chat about his move and time at Leicester.

There's more police in that last photo than I've seen anywhere in the past 2 months. Just had an email from the local classic car club about a couple in Winchester out in their old Land Rover giving it a run, stopped by the police and each fined £200.00 for being out with no lawful excuse. Think I'll carry a shopping list at all times.

I fear you may have to wait a while for Batman's response 🙂

I can't help it but I'm still giggling like a schoolboy at this

It's no coincidence to me that the best penalty takers are the likes of Beattie, Le Tiss and Ricky Lambert. They know what they are going to do, they take a proper run up, none of the stuttering, stopping crap. I've never understood how anyone can strike a ball cleanly if you stop/pause mid run up.

I think it's all to do with the influence of the past couple of weeks and certain times in history being removed/forgotten.

Well only 10 minutes ago a spokesman on BBC Breakfast was saying that discussions yesterday included the possibility of playing games at certain venues, West Ham, us and Brighton, amongst others, being mentioned.

Tremendous site, I loved the Rednapp comment in the Denis Hollywood profile.

Didn't he say a month or so ago he was packing it in on here, he sounded like he'd sort of had enough

That's a thought and image I could have lived without

I am already benefitting from at least 1 silver lining already this year - Riverdance at the Mayflower next month postponed, really hoping Celine Dion gets cancelled later in the year as well, but if this gets cancelled then so will Royal Ascot that we have tickets for as well.

That eventually became 'Floaters'

Yes, my daughter was in Tescos at Whiteley and apart from eggs, toilet rolls and kitchen roll everything else was quite good...………….apart from the shop assistant in there who thought it a good idea to make a fuss of her 6 month old son and even started touching him!!!

Can you not take your European Union flag with you?

I don't know if anything in particular started it but I remember on one occasion Docker Walker I think putting Summerbee into the West Stand

I remember Romsey Stu quite often offering to meet people for a 'chat' if they'd wound him up. Essruu the taxi driver was always entertaining and I think he started his own banter forum for a while.
