We have bought some young players who I'm sure have great potential to become much better and be a good fit but I don't think Ralph has the ability and skills to make this happen, Che Adams was great in the championship as was Adam Armstrong since they have been with us there standard of play seems to gone downhill.

I don't think some of the players have much confidence or respect for Ralph a long time now there not stupid I wonder what there thoughts are about his team selections and substitutions.

He should had known better working for a major media company bet he regrets what he said now.

Totally agree we don't have a squad good enough to play in the style Ralph wants them to and to keep doing the same thing all the time and expecting a different outcome is madness also I think the players have lost any faith in the manager .

Great to see Nigel Adkins receiving an award from the club would love to have him back in a coaching position.

We do have ball boys but there not allowed over the advertising boards to return the ball its the clubs rule crazy .

He's a better manager than the one we presently have .

I can't believe how out of touch the club is and they haven't learnt anything from previous similar changes at the stadium.

I think he has proved himself and shown us what he can do . Think he's having a dry spell lots of strikers suffer this he just needs a couple of goals to get his confidence back don't forget we are where we are now thanks to him.

Agree with you He was late for pre match dinner not for the warm up or game I have great respect for the manager but think a fine would be more appropriate .You don't cut your nose off to spite you're face.

On of the culprits was sat opposite me across the isle, student looking type with a beard earley twentys not wearing any colours and im pretty sure three of the others were behind me, one of the female stewards spoke to him after and he left his seat then she made a note of his seat number.All Saints fans were ecstatic that we scored and the goal was eventually given but only six or seven done this utterly stupid thing which gave pompey enough time to equalize and cost us three points at this vital time for us.
