  1. Mitigate? Why is it so much worse that the woman is doing it than the man?
  2. Well, I'm fairly sure most feminists would want women to be able to be involved in sexual relations with men and not be the ones subject to derision as a result whilst the man isn't.
  3. Your attitude is utterly disgusting.
  4. Ah how predictable. It's a poor argument though, and I doubt it would be likely to stand up. Fairly sure if I just popped into the gents and started filming people (having sex or not) and distributing the video/photos I'd have a hard to talking my out of it like that. Worth also mentioning that, thankfully, so called 'revenge porn' sites are getting cracked down on and those that run them are getting banged up.
  5. This. All of this.
  6. Missed what happened yesterday, what did he do? Edit, nevermind just seen the above article.
  7. Love Ms Barnett. Seeing her in Camden in April.

    Mane

Took a few games to get going, starting to look a really key player now. Feels odd to say after an impressive start, but Tadic isn't a first XIer at the minute.
  9. Remember when Mane was the whipping boy? Looked v good today, QPR couldn't handle him. Think we just about edged what was a pretty poor game, though I'm likely to be a bit biased really.
  10. They really cannot handle Mane's pace. Hope we can make something of that.
  11. Sadio is looking lively, again.
  12. Wonder how it will work. Can't imagine Boca can afford his wages, would Inter split the bill with them? I'd (quite possibly wrongly) assumed Inter would be paying his wages whilst he was with them?
  13. I honestly do not know. Either way though, it's of little consolation to those on the receiving end.
  14. More here: http://dwpunspun.org.uk/sanctions
  15. Don't like the Mac? Smirks, I don't like to be mean in the arts forum as it's generally a pleasant corner of this forum, but are you mad? I'm off to Glasto again this year, would frankly kill for a mac headline set!
  16. Not trying to speak over you pap, no doubt you are more knowledgable than me. But it's worth checking online, outside of app stores for stuff. Particularly with android (obviously check for security here). I mention this as the emulator I mentioned above is not on the App Store, but downloadable via a browser. Sorry if this is redundant, but thought it at least worth mentioning/checking.
  17. Didn't see it so cannot comment specifically, but dude is awful. He's so transparently spent the past year/18 months trying to make a name for himself to manoeuvre a headstart for a leadership campaign if/when Ed gets shafted. Posh boy Blair mk II
  18. Ok, thanks. I've responded to Verbal above. I don't think that is a fair representation of what I saying, as in that post.
  19. I'm not falling for anything Pap has said. My views on the behaviour of Job Centres and and the treatment of those on benefits is almost entirely shaped by my own lived experiences, which I have spoken about more than once on here. I never claimed all voters of any one party do anything. What I was saying is that you can view representations in the media, and then subsequent reactions to said representations which are often extremely negative. From there, it is not hard to believe that actually, yes, some people may well happily vote for crappy treatment and harsher punishments for those on benefits.
  20. Do you mind elaborating on that please, Tim. I'm afraid I'm not entirely sure what you are trying to suggest.
  21. When you consider the image portrayed of those on benefits in the media - salacious and hyperbolic front pages about 'benefits scroungers', the weird obsession with the likes of Josie Cunningham and Tweet-bait TV shows such as Benefits Street - I would suggest it's not a great leap to think that people would quite happily vote for this treatment of those in need.
  22. hmmm. I never considered myself a Tory, but used to find myself more closely aligned to them than anyone else. I've moved a long, long way from that. Pretty ashamed I ever flirted with that idea, to be honest. Oh well, I was (still am really) young, it's silly to suggest your views don't change with experience (yes, I'm trying to dig myself out of a hole here). But yeah, I agree with your post. Still no idea who I actually support, or who I would vote for. No-one really represents who I am or what I believe. Guess this is a problem at large for people my age.
  23. Aye. Also, that Koeman photo was clearly not a reference to needing to get players in - as he has himself already clarified - that actually is lazy journalism.
  24. Grrrr, proper makes my blood boil that. Dredges up some really dark times personally. F''k the lot of them. F''k this ideological attack on those most in need of help.
  25. Putting this here, not sure if it's deserving of it's own thread. It certainly reaffirms a lot of what I have posted about Job Centres and their culture from personal experience, ultimately they are there to cut down on the amount of benefits paid - not actually help the people seeking help: http://www.theguardian.com/society/2015/feb/04/jobcentre-adviser-play-benefit-sanctions-angela-neville
