Prior to January, in the midst of our 'blip' many argued we were light up top, especially in the absence of Sir Rickie. January came, we added Lee - who rode a wave of underwhelmed welcomes & Sharp. Lee has been performing well, and on merit of late, keeping Sharp out of the team. For me, shows Adkins has done his job well. An area of weakness in the squad was identified, and subsequently strengthened. I can't see it as a bad thing as having Billy to fall back on, and having worked with him previously I am happy to trust Adkins on this one. As said above, I find it hard to argue with anything NA is doing at the minute!

Doesn't really work like that. It was more the money spent on the stadium and admin that put on us the brink of going out of business.

It's a great thing to be able to say isn't it? A proven goal-scorer in this division, wanted by other clubs, is struggling to get into the first team at the moment! Can't really complain, we have been getting decent results during Lee's run in the team & 2 saturday's in a row the lad has picked up assists. Completely agree with the above that leaving Lee out at the moment would be very harsh, he deserves his spot in the stating XI. Hopefully, as has been said, this will fire up Billy. I'm sure he can be successful for us, and fingers crossed Lee's form will galvanize Billy to take his chances at the next opportunity!

Can't recall an assist, key piece of build up, or decent effort (I'm not saying he hasn't done any of these, just none stand out). I would give SDR a start, has looked alright when playing @ home, got an assist the other day also. I would have thought he'd be up for a start and staking a claim for a place.
