Racing have a 15% sell on fee if Charly is sold for over €12.3m according to Argentinian media. So we'd be looking at €15.3m at the €18m quoted.

RM's "not in the race in the moment" has become a common trend meaning we won't be signing said player
-
Sky seem to think we had a bid rejected for Clarke earlier in the window?
-
We won't be spending £25m on Clarke. If we had that amount to spend on one player it would of been O'Riley

Romano seems to think he'll return to Valencia on loan for the season.

I would imagine both Palace and Wolves see Ramsdale as an upgrade on Henderson and Sa respectively. Likely his agent pushing his name out there to secure a move more than anything.
-
I agree, their manager did a cracking job after he came in and I fancied them to have a strong season this year. They are being stripped of their prize assets though, I wouldn't be surprised to see some bigger clubs move for Eze & Wharton later in the window too.
-
I don't see Palace as anymore attractive than us to be honest. They've already lost Olise and potentially 2 of their starting 3 CB's in Anderson (Fulham) and Guehi (Newcastle) are likely off in the next 10 days.

JWP was on £100k at Saints, i'm pretty sure that increased to £115k when he joined West Ham.
-
He's still got 3 years on his contract so I doubt that highly. I'm sure Celtic would love to keep him for another 6 months at the least, if he has a good start his value will only increase.

We've been linked with O'Riley for 2 or 3 windows
-
How is it baseless? We need to sell to buy clearly. We won't be dropping £40m on two new midfielders.
-
We clearly needed to sell first to fund any move as Martin stated too. I can't see us being in for him at all now though with Fernandes coming. A poor decision if so at €18m if O'Riley is available for €25m

Yes, quoting him incorrectly. It seems crook can't even get that right. As hypo said he's neglected to mention the "right now" which changes the comment entirely

Alex Crook. lol

"The striker returned to the Midlands in June, featuring heavily in pre-season, and now joins up with the Saints squad in time to travel with the team for the season opener at Newcastle."

As long as the paperwork was submitted to the PL they can be. I imagine the media department will be doing their bit this afternoon
