If we don't get any first team quality in this has been a poor poor window. A minimum of an extra 6 games this season in Europe and we are no where near as strong as the team we had last year. Will be lucky to finish top half this year once puel exhausts the diamond which clearly doesn't suit the current clientele at the club. He has averaged less than 17 games in his last 4 seasons with almost 30% of those substitute appearances. The guy is a crock with a poor attitude. I still can't understand the massive hype around him even up to the euros. He has done nothing of note in years.

I'll go for Roger Schmidt. Two fantastic seasons with Leverkusen and brought in some talent in Hernandez and Tah who looks very promising. Likes to press when out of possession (poch esque) and are very good on the counter attack surging players forward. I enjoyed the style of play in the few games I watched them in play in during the latter stages of the Europa league and bundesliga.
