Personally I like Aribo at centre back - definitely prefer him to Stephens who I would definitely not call perfectly capable. Who knows whats up with Bella-K but something is.

Decent play from Dibling, there but he's done nothing else - not pressing at all

3 goals and 3 assists in 21 games for Anderlecht. I think he gets subbed a fair bit. A bit meh really

Badenoch to say Tories had no plan for economic growth outside the EU. So much for oven-ready https://www.independent.co.uk/news/uk/politics/badenoch-speech-live-brexit-starmer-labour-uk-b2680780.html

Is he injured? Not even on the subs bench for West Ham today.

Tories took £5m from Hester days before election called I really don't get why you'd want to donate 5 million quid to a lost cause so your casual racism can be national news one more time, but it couldn't happen to a nicer bloke

It could be that seeing we were in earnest, Arsenal lowered their asking price for Ramsdale, and as a result we backed out of the deal for Bijlow. It's hard to believe we discovered a deal breaker in the course of his medical that we weren't previously aware of.

That was poor - Smallbone was particularly poor. Downes, Sibling and KWP were good. We had teething troubles at the start of last season, I'm hoping we'll pull through this time as well. We can't keep playing like we did today and expect to stay up.

"The biggest plus for Danny Rohl was probably the performance of his new signings: Jamal Lowe made one and scored one, Yan Valery was a bullet train at right-back and Svante Ingelsson, who created the first goal, dominated the midfield alongside Barry Bannan."

Supposed frontrunner Jenrick's big idea is to reinstate the Rawanda deportation policy https://inews.co.uk/news/politics/tories-mount-stop-jenrick-campaign-leadership-frontrunner-3206319?ITO=newsnow

Many of the issues facing the UK are structural. The Cameroon Osbourne government saw our deficit as a huge problem and tried and failed to fix it. For Truss, it was the tax burden. Boris' nebulous plan was to 'get Brexit done'. The new Labour Government clearly wants to do something about housing. I don't see why a leadership candidate couldn't address these sorts of issues rather than banging on about what a woman is or similar.

Have any of them actually provided any concrete information about what they would do as party leader or, shudder, Prime Minister? The whole thing is just a bitchy mud-slinging farce, conducted by people who have thoroughly proved just how incompetent they actually are in government. The Tory Party comes up with it's manifestos by locking a spad in a dark room for a month rather than consulting and having a process involving representative organisations, as the Labour Party does. Boris seemed to think it was his job to be an ideas man, hence the bridge to Ireland and Truss was another lady not for turning who lived in a world of her own. I want to know what they plan to do and how they plan to go about developing policy initiatives but the chances of that seem to be the sum total of bugger all 🤬

Are we going to need an extra body in midfield if Charles is on his way? I'm hoping he is, he doesn't look Premier League material to me ATM.
