I came on to this post to see what a good little team like southampton thought about one of our players. I couldn`t believe the abuse some of your posts were giving to celtic fc and the scottish game in general,when i made a post about hooper it was to defend my club like most fans would do. The replys that then received were shocking with remarks such as big jock knew, reffering to a celtic great and a lie, and also digs about scottish folk in general.This is my last post and wont reply so feel free to call me what you want but just remember that celtic are a great club and always will be no matter what league we play in

were not worried about hooper going for the right price.You can have him for ten million,he is going to be an england international in time.At a club like celtic we have an excellent scouting team in place who will go and find somebody just as good.Even if he goes to a premiership team,because i doubt he would move to championship,we have such a strong squad now that we could wait till summer to replace him.

YOU WONT GET PROMOTION BUT IF YOU DO then you wont stay up for long.Hope we meet in europe one day to see what happens but a dont think you will ever be in champions league or europa so all the best getting humped of the top 10 in premiership

cmon guys,the latest offer of 6 million is a joke.Hopper is worth at least 10 million with a sell on clause,pretty dissapointed with some of the comments about scottish people in general and of celtic legends like jock stein.At the end of the day your club is a nice little team that will more than likely not be able to stay and prosper in the premiership if you make it and if you want to attract guys like hooper then that is were you would need to be playing.Also you are saying guys like mcdonald are ****e and dont score in england, cmon guys like beattie have came to scotland and played **** after being good in england so it works both ways.

back again lads ,i am quite amused by some of the replys with regards to my comments about your small club not being able to attract an important player from a bigger club.Comments like big jock knew etc are totally uncalled for.I made a point of saying the best you have produced is theo walcott which is wrong and i admit that,but what i wont take back is your best players have left you pretty quickly except le tiss who was a legend.Your team is a stepping stone to premiership for players like bale who know you will struggle to survive in that enviroment and the best you can hope for is to overachieve for a while then drop back down.With regards your billionaire owners and celtic being skint,you should look up who are the money men at celtic and realise that a couple of them are irish billionaires who let celtic survive and prosper on there own because they dont need handouts.

what planet are you english fans on ,to think you are so arrogant and disrespectful of the scottish game and a world class club like celtic is laughable.Just remember that we have actually won things and competed in champions leagues.Star players like larsson etc have graced our club yet the best you have produced is walcott.The sad fact is you know deep down that you dont want a scottish club coming down and ****ing all over 80 percent of your clubs.

u lot have no chance of getting hooper.He is at a world renowned club and you are nothing more than a team that drops in and out of the premiership at best.As for celtic being slated ,i would just urge you to remember that our reject defender is a star player for you.
