My son has not been able to activate his app. Despite entering the registered email address he has not received the activation code. Probably a long wait on the phone is next step.

This is what I was trying to refer to in my earlier post. The initial instructions seem simple but it's only when you look at the FAQ that you see reference to the recipient also having to have the app. Not as simple as being said.

Below is taken from FAQ's and is why I am uncertain about the transfer arrangement: Yes – we are excited to offer this feature as a benefit that has not previously existed. The recipient must download our Saints Tickets app if they haven’t previously done so, in order to access the ticket(s) you have passed onto them.

I've downloaded the app no problem. The bit I don't understand is the transfer to another person. It seems the person you want to transfer to has to have the app as well. When you download the app you have to sign in so how will this work?

You must be a bit further into the corner than us. We're inline between the penalty spot and goal line row JJ.

Ours arrived yesterday. We were in the first allocation so that may make a difference.

I got ours online but no option for downloading ticket . Only post or pick up from stadium.

Son and I couldn't go today so I feel sorry for the poor sods who bought our tickets on the ticket exchange.
