Think this is possibly my first ever post on here, (hello!) , might be of some use tho. I still haven't got my City tickets. Went and visited the ticket office today to enquire. The guy had to pop out the back to ask but eventually came back to tell me they were being posted today (by first class delivery), so all being well would be with me tomorrow. Obviously I asked what would happen if they didn't turn up, and he advised to go to the City ticket office on match day and pick up duplicates. No mention of what ID would be needed and to be fair, I forgot to ask. Fingers crossed. Sent from my HTC One X
