Haha, one of the famous delusions in football mate, the famous Pompey atmosphere. Every time I've been there it's been absolutely awful, no noise apart from that wally with the bell and the drummer. Perhaps it was because it was only West Ham, but a very overrated atmosphere that's for sure. Think it's gonig to be a belter tonight and I'm sticking by my 2-2 prediction. For those who were wondering about the best way of getting out of Upton Park, I'd certainly recommend the walk to East Ham and getting on the tube back into central from London, unless you are prepared to wait ages in the Upton Park tube queue. The walk to East Ham is about 10-15 minutes, and be warned, it's an absolute khazi around there. Uusual away rules apply, no goading and no Millwall songs, and you'll be fine.

Interesting, few of you boys are very very confident it seems. I also read somewhere further up that Diop is absolutely useless? Is this person for real? He has been immense for us in this league, and we are a weaker team for him not being there. Also a few posts about us being a big club? We are not a big club. We have a huge fanbase and have had some expectional players in the past. That's about it. Buzzing for tonight's game.

Yes we are a far better side without Nolan in it. He is a huge waste of space. Very thankful he won't be in the first XI tomorrow.

West Ham fan here chaps. Yes we don't play very good football, in fact it's awful, but for all that, we are top of the league. Wonder what will happen if we actually start playing well, or dare I say, good football? I don't believe you are stronger than us on paper by any stretch, I think we have the strongest squad in the division by a country mile. However, we do not play the football we should do, and most West Ham fans would concede that you do play far more attractive football than us. Expecting a tough game and a cracking atmosphere under the lights! Southampton will certainly score at least once, depends how many we can put in your net.
