As said and posted by a hundred posters, Lowe is working to Crouch's plan already. Crouch loaned out Rasiak & Rudi last year, he had already propossed closing the corners (backed up by Lowe) he had the backing of Barclays and the note holder. Crouch would be under exactly the same instruction from the bank. How about maybe you or your Pro-lowe mates acknowledge that things could be better under Crouch, acknowledge that Pearson possibly could be doing here what he's doing at Leicster, i don't mean being top but blending youth and experience and getting results, acknowledge that possibly under that set up we could be averaging 21k a game increasing turnover by £4m per season which could possibly reduce our overdaft which could possibly keep the bank happy! So no, as an Anti-Lowe poster I do not aknowledge that already being on our second manager this year, crowds down by 4k, 1 home win, second from bottom of the league is a better option than Crouch!

I agree with your sentiments mate but i feel it is dangerous, do we really want to upset the bank, they could decide it's all to much hassle and pull the plug completely!

Not impressed with Wotte "Fans are very easy with their judgement"

Not that difficult to be diplomatic is it! -
Yes you are!

B. if nothing else at least the entire uk know our plight, can only be a good thing, imo!

No one is expecting Wott to come out and say "i've seen the protest and they are right, Lowe is killing this club and if didn't have this game to sort out I'd be out there with them" but you'd of thought that, as ultimately he is working for us, he just keep quite or a bit diplomatic, how about "I can see what the fans frustration are, we've only won once at home, its not good enough, but i'm sure with a couple of wins I can change the atmosphere here" Brainless? Mug! -
Sky plus mate, its great!

Blue eyed boy, whats going on with the new suit and scarf, looked a bit stiff to me! -
I thought it was a good, fair report, protest looked good, interviews with Crouch & Armstrong and the fans they spoke to had intelligent comments! Not sure Wotte knows what he's talking about "Rupert wasn't here last year and they (not we?) nearly went down, those people (us fans) are easy in their judgement" gone down in my estimations Lowe out!

How about this Stanley? Saturday 21st February, home against Preston, all fans meet again at The Bargate @ 1.15 and march to the stadium (as this week excellent support people) 15.30 everyone leaves their seat and goes down to the concourse, bang on 16.15 everyone comes back up?? Then boycott!!!

Don't start agreeing with us Nick or i'm off :-)
-
there is only 1 team below us my friend so by your stats it's 50-50, what about the other 24 teams above us with ni Dutch influence at all? Note. you got me banged to rights, billy no mates!
-
Absolute cr4p, look at the fixtures for the rest of the home games, almost all will sell thier allocation out as they are all (not prston) well supported teams. just more spin from the club so people like you slag the rest us of! Swansea Shef utd Preston Cardiff Derby Qpr Charlton Burnley As it stands they all have something to play for, there is history of violence with all but 1 team!
-
Post 11 and its all back on the fans again, i knew it, brilliant! The club has been after investment for years, yet 1 idiot sends a cyber threat and its 'the fans fault' there's no investment! Funny, can't remember any investment coming when us fans were lorded as "the best in the world" for the cup final, or for filling Dellhurst park. Year after year our fans are some of the best behaved home and away (police arrest reports) YET NO INVESTMENT!
-
In fairness to all the 'nerds' mate, all pretty spot on about JP and the direction we'd be heading under Lowe and his great Dutch experiment weren't they?
-
I agree to extent, I think i we'd moved the away fans around to one of the wings we'd of achieved this, Northam still there, just would have the whole end!
-
In a nut shell Nick, good team work, coaches, scouts, manager, chairman and fans all pulling together and moving in the right direction.
-
Thats because ultimately it is the managers choice. Your argument is rediculous, thats what scouts are for, by your argument no manager should have any credit for any signing as ultimately its a scout that has spotted said player!!! Let me help you, this is the way it should and does work Scout to manager "i'e seen this lad playing for west ham" Manager to scout "ok, let me know when he's playing again, we'll have a look" Manager to chairman "been to see this lad at west ham, he looks good, see what you can do, i'd love him here" Chairman to manager "here you go, all signed sealed and delivered for" or Lowe to manager "I know you wanted W but i found x y & z abd in total they cost less than your W"

I have an issue with this Johnny. Crouch came in and loaned out Rasiak and Rudi straight away as he knew Wilde had over spent and the wage bill was to high. Lowe has openly said that "closing the corners was already agreed by the last regime" ie Crouch had put this policy in place. He'd had an agreement/plan to cut costs in place with Barclays and the note holder, please explain where and why you feel Crouch would not "of made tha hard decisions" and "had no plan". I'm one for open debate, and your opinion is as valid as mine (its obviously wrong :-) but please state why you feel Crouch wouldn't of acted. Don't forget one of Lowe's favourite sayings is "if your in debt to the bank, it is the bank that runs you" with this in mind surely Crouch would of been under the same instruction as Lowe?
-
Shrewd, are you for real?? That was not the best policy, how can loaning/buying in 15 players when 10 don't get in the team. Surely it would be better to sign 5 players on better wages that actualy inhance the team? You can still loan out your high earners to cut cost's but make your signings better, remember it about QUALITY not QUANTITY that makes the team better. You'd of thought if anyone Lowe would of learnt this, sh1t oh yea, Lowe has nothing to learn, he is a football God! Ps. do you really believe he loaned out Rasiak, John, Saganoski and Dyer out so he could call them back if in the sh1t? He would of sold them all if someone made an other, come on Johnny!
-
As Mulder & Scully might say "we are not alone" in thinking this! http://www.saintsweb.co.uk/forum/showthread.php?t=8856
-
Just a small point cb, but do all clubs not win titles, cups, promotion or get relegated because other teams failed. Who'd of won the fa cup last year if Cardiff & Skate won? Are Man Utd not top of the league because Liverpool lost?
-
So Lowe appointed Burley, Wilde and his execs took over and sanctioned Burley's massive spending spree, Crouch took over mid-December yet he's still to blame for not getting rid of Burley within his first week of work. Some would argue that is was pretty good business. If Crouch had sacked Burley it would of cost the club thousands, in the end the club made hundreds of thousands by him walking away!
-
So the appointed manager walking/pushed out, sitting second from bottom, 1 home win in 14, 6 wins in 29, 26 goals scored (less than 1 a game) and 44 conceded isn't failure?? Fvck me, if that's success I think my season ticket renewal form will get a swift 'not none at this address' stamped on it!
