What has changed since 2 wks ago when they first looked at the prov books to today where they're 'doing the deal'. why the wait? I know it's a tricky process etc etc... Precisely. Peterborough United have released their ST prices for next season - now in the Championship, and their cheapest is £250 for the season, just over a tenner per match. Outstanding value. Bet ours wont be that cheap.

Surely it makes more sense to have 20,000 fans paying £200 per ST than 10,000 paying £400 - the total amount rec'd is the same UPFRONT but the total over the course of a season would be massively MORE with the lower ST price: average spend in ground per person per match £15 x 44 matches = £690 over a season £690 x 10,000 people = £6900000 (+ £4000000 ST revenue) £690 x 20,000 people = £13800000 (+£4000000 ST revenue)

I seem to recall that we wouldn't even get the full amount left back (so 10 matches at £10 per match - £100) we'd get back something like £1 per match... not sure why...??

I think league 1 season tickets are around £300 so seems a safe bet. Peterborough's ST prices for 08/09 were £230 (early bird) £270 (not so early bird) and £320 for late bird. These were Adult tickets in the London Road (standing) end. £335, £375 and £425 for seating. Children under 10 got free season tickets when an adult bought one. Great idea.

Dont know if this has been said, cant be arsed to read the whole thread.... but i'd much prefer someone to be a complete mong and slag off the fans and STAY UP than some eejit lick our arses and we GO DOWN. simples
