Have to agree. There are so many fixtures in the Champ that will have a nice spicy edge to them, whether it's battering the pompey scum, silencing funny boy Holloway, or stuffing Billy Davies (really don't like that guy!). Plus would be great to beat dirty Leeds again, and even Brighton seem to want to create a derby match with us now too!

Certainly the best keeper I have seen live playing for Saints - loved the guy when he was with us. Also drained some more money from the Skates without actually having to do anything!

Nice to see us so near the top (of the teams named so far), although look at Boro last season - clear favourites and spent all season hanging around near the bottom. I certainly think that expectation/pressure plays a big part, and the fact that we are predicted to have a decent season (mid-table to playoffs) but nobody expects us to necessarily go up I think will help us. Just look at Norwich this season!

I agree with the OP! Blackpool - don't like Holloway and don't reckon they'd do anything if they came straight back down, especially with a massive squad of average players Wigan - will lose some stronger players and also don't think they will do much in their three-quarter empty stadium! West Ham - will be stronger than the other two but should be a good away day which a lot of us can get to. Also good to see Avram take them down!
