Not aware of any contractual change based on the signing of Martin, although this is plausible. As far as I knew we had a long-term affiliation with them as their parent club in which we had to arrange an annual friendly match and were under no obligation to play a full-strength team. Eastleigh also kept all the gate receipts and money raised from the match. Appears from what they have said that this may have changed, however!

Good player, good attitude, too good for us! Plus wouldn't like us to blow big wages on one player who may limp off at any stage during pre-season friendlies. Just signed him on Football Manager though in the Prem and he's stayed fit all season, getting back into the England squad!
