Think he'll go. I hope its to a west ham rather than a fulham. Staying and being a one club man would be something in this era. So a little part of me will be sad wherever he goes.
-
Thought England finishing would likely be better in the shootout. More evidence of the pointlessness of VAR when it won't even have a look when Bronze barged into the back of the nigerian player in the box.
-
Hopefully Ainsworth will still be QPR manager by week 4 when we play them as he really hasn't worked out there.

I can understand that if we get a big fee for a 28 year old and he gets opportunity to play in europe that JWP sale would be understandable. Don't see how selling the likes of Tella or KWP for 15-20M helps the club at all. We're going to need to replace them with players of the same quality and that's going to cost a lot if we can even attract them(piroe quoted at 20m) so why sell the quality we have under contract. I get the feeling aribo will likely stay.
-
The difference is KWP has 2 years left. We can sell him next year whereas i'm sure the club don't want to lose Che for nothing if they can get 15M for him now.

There’s such thing as b team if he needs practice.
-
I really hope he stays i don’t see logic of saints selling him, unlike lavia/livramento where you are getting 40/50m in fees. You’rethen likely having to spend most of the money you got for him buying a less good player like Aaron’s. if he’s not getting an offer from teams in Europe (because last season affected his stock) then staying and bossing the champ would surely be better for him than repeating his saints experience of playing for a Prem struggler.

I think it would be nuts to sell, especially given the small fee mentioned and are you really going to get someone with championship goal pedigree to replac without reinvesting it all. -
Don’t see the point in playing McCarthy.

Really lovely watching us just pass round them for the 9 minutes of added time. Lovely to have that winning feeling again too. We've got some real quality in the team. Please can we can add a little steel and not be robbed of players in that xi. Would have liekd us to put foot to throat when on top in first half Lack of aerial ability. We don't look a threat from corners(mr set piece expert needds to work some short corner routines) and more importantly we look suspect defensively from them. From that regard Adams looks a better prospect than Armstrong and if adams goes you'd hope they address it with someone who carries some sort of aerial threat while being more mobile than onachu. Wednesday look bad, relegation scrap team bad. -

Please say we aren't selling Tella this season regardless of the price. Disappointing we haven't made them pay. Hopefully we'll get 2nd in 2nd half as i still feel we could easily get done via set piece or a quick counter and cross. No var is good, weaker ref is bad. Windass has somehow come out of that half unbooked, whilst there have been 5 bookings for much less. (2 horrible fouls where he was obviouslydeliberately leaving something extra on KWP). Patterson looks a walking red card if we can keep edozie running at him. -

Is bree's absence from the bench a sign hat he's off somewhere? -
Find it an odd move unless we've found a suitor for Mccarthy. Why not just use Bycroft as 3rd choice?
-
The club is securing an asset they don't want to see walking away at the end of the season for nothing. Even if we manage to get promoted he's likely to still have a role.

I’d be very annoyed if we lose kwp and tella. It would just likely be weakening the team and wouldn’t even reduce squad as they’d need replacing. There’s a ton more dross (aribo, larios, Bree, McCarthy, djenepo, Mara) who are the squad filler that needs ridding but we’re unlikely to be able to move on.
-
Because you’d be most likely be left largely with 17 of the worst ones. I’d much prefer lose less if it means losing less good players.
-
I don’t see how we lose 10 more without gutting the squad of good players. I don’t expect there to be a rush to buy/loan all the dross fringe players.
-
Disappointed if we're losing Livramento. One i definitely hoped we'd keep. Really hope that means they won't sell KWP as don't think we should be gutting a position of strength and don't think much of aarons.
-
I'll break the unanimity and say i'm not wholly against holgate, dependent on the price.

Nice to see us get the deal done. Be interesting to see what becomes of him. -
Hopefully we tell Burnley to Jog on especially that unprofessional video. Even if we get 15/20M, we'd probably have to spend pretty much all of it on replacing with someone like Piroe who has scored the same sort of level of goals in the championship.

What's the point of a peace summit where you don't invite one of the parties in the conflict? Is it just an excuse for a party.
-
Would seem a very odd strategy to sell both our good right backs to try and get Aarons(a player who hasn't really kicked on, hence why he's still knocking about at Norwich)
-
Do we know was Livramento HT sub due to potential injury or just a pre-meditated sub. He seemed to be struggling late in the first half after landing awkwardly.
