Pretty sure that wolves incident was one of the ones the referee's admitted was a VAr error. Seems more a legacy blindspot when it comes to referee's dealing with keeper fouls. If it had of been an outfielder i've no doubt ref would have been blowing for a spot kick instantly.

Baz’s challenge was 100% a penalty. Just like the 1 at he start of the season where’s Man U keeper got away with it and referee’s apologized afterwards. It was probably offside but the benefit of doubt is meant to go to the attacker, so hardly a glaring error in my eyes.

First half was a very good performance. (though a slight offside benefitted us and Bazanu's assault on their striker being ignored by ref also benefitted us) Didn't think we were very good in the 2nd half. We lost our heads around their goal. Very relieved when A.Armstrong bagged the 3rd. Also handy to being playing a Birmingham team(who sacked their manager who was doing well and appointed rooney because he was a bigger name).

Do find this modern i'll play my style and fail rather than adapt to the circumstances a really odd thing. On Monday night club they were talking about how Emery was a throwback in that he is a pragmatist without a set style across his various jobs. Martin's football not only leaves me feeling devoid of much joy, which is one thing but it also doesn't feel like it is getting the most success out of the talent at the disposal and most of all i struggle to see how it can in any way translate successfully to the Premier League.

Don’t get the criticism of Mara (other than the finish), thought he did well otherwise, showed more than adams has of late in that move alone.

We definitely seem to have shifted to a bit more pragmatism defensively which is good. Great to get a clean sheet. before we scored I felt we were a bit labored and too slow. Lovely goal by Stu and interesting to see him racing to celebrate with the manager.

Adams has been poor last few games, so can fully understand Mara getting an opportunity.

Very important win First half was excellent. Alcaraz, Sulemana, A.Arsmtrong caused them problems. Took our chances. 2nd half very concerning. Was it a fitness thing? Struggled to get out of our own half. Glad the bad piroe turned up because he had a couple of moments where if he'd been on it it could have become a lot more fragile.

Nice to see us look more of a threat going forward (alcaraz, Sulemana and A.Armstrong doing a great job) Less of the sheer stupidity defensively is nice(still the odd moment unfortunately)

I hate that phrase 'outcome oriented', horrible management speak. Hopefully he's out the door if the result is as expected/feared today. Also makes me chuckle imagining telling my manager 'you can't be outcome oriented' to any task i've been given to complete.

Opposite for me. Russia silence would suggest he's dead. Ukraine over optimism for me, now they are talking about clarifying info over possible death, which hardly seems like they had hard evidence in the 1st place.
