  1. Factory jobs don't pay as well though so I hear.
  2. Going on a coach would ruin the day for me, Cost cutting to see the game is a bit pointless as beers and travel is all part of the enjoyment. If you just purely want to see the game then cost cut and watch on TV. Don't do nearly as many aways as used to but this one would have never been on my list anyway. Respect to anyone who travels to a Monday game though
  3. Everyone ignoring that this was a sell out. Good comparison about Dog and Duck mate cos that'd fill Wembley as well yeah? I'm guessing this Duckhunter chap is a spoof though? 55000 tickets sold was limited due to transport restrictions.
  4. Good read http://www.telegraph.co.uk/sport/football/teams/southampton/11248812/Ryan-Bertrand-The-day-I-arrived-at-Southampton-I-knew-we-could-do-good-things.html
  5. Lots of moralising from you lately, or have I just not noticed before?
  6. Pathetic decision. When compared to what Wilshire didn't even get a yellow yesterday you do have sympathy for manager's throwing their toys out of the pram. Every sympathy for Bruce if they don't get teh 3 pts
  7. And they spunked wins against us and QPR - lucky to be as high in the table as they are
  8. But is it any different than previously? I can't recall a time of yesteryear when football was played by gentlemen of integrity.
  9. Is there a point in here?
  10. Comical that absolutely no substance to it and yet will still get coverage. Complete denial by the manager still not enough to carry on reporting it as have a daily rumour mill to fill.
  11. I like all the analysis cheers. So statistically likely to finish higher having 27ots rather than 28 after 12 games. I'll take 28 though.
  12. When was the last time we were 8/11 to win away in PL? Never maybe
  13. Yeah sort of thing Big Sam guffaws at from sidelines
  14. 4th favourites for the title now
  15. At least he doesn't come on to threads about other team's results posting 'it's only our game that matters'
  16. People who aren't interested in other team's result are odd. Suppose they never look at the table either and just enjoy their day out at the game every fortnight. Want Everton and City to lose btw. Swansea and West Ham are not threats IMO
  17. Although players have not have contracts renewed before all this black box talk. I like many others find it hard to see why we haven't tied Cork down expect it maybe cos see Reed's or JWP's progress if it doesn't happen. Clasie isn't a black box thing either. People getting too sucked in by this it seems. It's just analysis - other clubs do it I believe.
  18. I was thinking it must contain some sort of lava lamp
  19. 'So clearly' - what a mug
  20. Pure The Thick of It She'd have got my respect if she said I don't want this chavvy cvnt's vote
  21. You'd think Arsenal and Utd would move heaven and earth to get him next season. Assuming he carries on playing as well as he has been. Cheers for posting
  22. There is no manager in the world I'd rather have than Ronald.

    Ched Evans

Is there a shortage of PR people available? Their chairman not exactly playing a blinder blaming the mob. Are they getting no advice!
  24. http://www1.skysports.com/football/news/15205/9571548/paul-mersons-premier-league-predictions-round-12 Merson actually being rational
