Diet's are so faddy. We understand nutrition so it so easy to stay in shape theoretically by balanced diet, avoiding over doing junk food and sugary cr ap, portion control and a bit of exercise. Doesn't sell books though! And often people who come off their diets go back to a higher weight than previous. I think everyone would like the ground to be noisier but I for one couldn't bear to be in the Northam surrounded by many idiots with their oh so witty songs.
